By popular demand, the photos section of the site is now visible to the general public (i.e. the entire internet).  Unregistered visitors to this site can view photos but cannot submit photos, create galleries, delete photos, vote or comment.  If you have any questions about this change, send a message to the site admin or leave a comment here.

By popular demand, this blog is now visible to the general public (i.e. the entire internet).  Unregistered visitors to this site can read the blog but cannot post or comment.  Because the blog is now accessible to unregistered users, the RSS feeds for blog posts and blog comments now work normally.  If you have any questions about this, send a message to the site admin or add a comment here.

I've just posted FAQ articles covering how to submit documents and photos to the site.

Just completed: two new FAQ articles explaining how to post in the discussion area and how to upload an image to your site profile.

One other recent FAQ article I forgot to mention earlier covers how to find the latest posts in the discussion area.

Yesterday I was finally able to upgrade the Photos component.  The new version is a bit easier to navigate.  I also added some new items on the Photos component's custom menu to make navigation simpler.

Finally completed: a FAQ article that outlines all the features of this site and how they work.  It's in the FAQs section, but it also appears on the front page.

Next up: upgrading the Photos component to make it a bit easier to use, and improving custom menu visibility and site navigation (particularly the blog component).

I've just completed some changes to the layout of the site that should make it a bit easier to navigate.  Most of the major components of the site now have their own specific menu, and the top menu (the one that displays across the top of the site) has been expanded to include all of the major components.

As always, feel free to contact me with any comments, questions or concerns about these recent changes or anything else about the site.
